Henan D.R.Construction Group Steel Structure is located in the northern area of the industrial cluster in Yanjin County, Henan Province. The company's registered capital is 100 million yuan. It is a high-tech enterprise, a "specialized and new enterprise" in Henan Province, and a leading player in professional contracting within the construction industry in the region.
The company is currently a member of the Steel and Wood Branch of the China Construction Industry Association, a member of the China Steel Structure Association, a member of the Boiler Branch of the China Steel Structure Association, and a vice-chairman unit of the Henan Steel Structure Association.
It holds the first-level professional contracting qualification for steel structure engineering, the second-level professional contracting qualification for building mechanical and electrical installation engineering, the second-level professional contracting qualification for building decoration and finishing engineering, the second-level professional contracting qualification for waterproofing, anti-corrosion, and insulation engineering, as well as the special qualification for steel structure manufacturing. Additionally, it has obtained the manufacturing and production license for special equipment pressure vessels.
The company has passed the "three-in-one" certification for international quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management systems. It has also received the American AISC quality system certification, Canadian CWB certification, European EN1090 certification, and Malaysian Construction Development Board (CIDB) CPA certification.

Technological strength

The company has 8 senior and deputy senior engineers, more than 60 engineers, and over 500 senior and intermediate technicians. It has established research and development platforms such as the 'Henan Enterprise Technology Research Center' and the 'Henan Prefabricated Steel Structure Indirect Air Cooling Tower Engineering Technology Research Center.' The company has obtained national patents for more than 40 key technologies, won one provincial and ministerial science and technology progress award, over 15 provincial new technology application demonstration projects, more than 20 provincial construction methods, and more than 20 independent research and development achievements. Modern steel structure manufacturing base

The company has a modern steel structure processing base covering an area of 500 mu and a plant area of 150,000 square meters. It operates 9 light and heavy steel production lines, equipped with more than 300 pieces of intelligent processing equipment, such as welding robots, end cutting robots, large laser cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, 3D CNC drilling machines, and intersecting line cutting machines, with a maximum processing capacity of 200 tons per piece. The company continually updates its equipment and transitions to digitalization. Its comprehensive manufacturing capabilities are leading in Henan and at the forefront of the country. The company strictly fulfills its social and environmental protection responsibilities. Its large fully enclosed sandblasting room and paint spraying room are equipped with advanced waste gas treatment systems, including activated carbon adsorption and catalytic combustion. The company has comprehensive processing capabilities for steel structure intercooling towers, steel bridges, wind power towers, large-span pipe trusses, large-span space grids, high-rise and super-high-rise steel components, steel silos, and pressure vessels. Its annual production capacity is 150,000 tons. With advanced installation and construction technologies such as BIM and measuring robots, the annual installation capacity exceeds 200,000 tons. The company also operates a professional logistics company, with an annual shipment volume of over 300,000 tons, and has extensive international distribution experience and capabilities.

Construction field

The company has contributed many high-quality projects to society, covering a wide range of fields such as housing construction, warehousing and logistics, energy and electricity, and municipal utilities. The steel structure intercooler project for the 4x1000MW unit at the Guodian Shuangwei Power Plant, in which the company participated in the construction, is currently the tallest and largest steel structure intercooler in the world. The Kaifeng Xingzhu Huayuan project is the largest and only all-steel structure prefabricated residential building in Henan Province. The company has also contributed to the Zhengzhou-Zhoukou-Fuyang Railway Zhengzhou South Station (Zhengzhou Airport Station) project, the Shouzhuoyuan 1# to 4# Building and Underground Garage, and other projects, which have won 4 China Construction Engineering Luban Awards (National Quality Projects). Additionally, the Puyang Longfeng 2X660MW Unit Main Plant Project, the Mengneng Xilin Thermal Power Plant 2X350MW Heating Unit Steel Structure Intercooler Project, the Shouzhuoyuan 25-story Steel Structure High-rise Residential Building, and the Anyang Gaoling Body Protection and Display project have won 7 China Steel Structure Gold Awards.
