Henan D.R. Construction Group Steel Structure Co., Ltd. is located in the North Zone of Yanjin County Industrial Cluster Area, Henan Province, with a registered capital of RMB 100 million. The Company is a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Henan Provincial “Specialized and New” Enterprise, and a Key Specialized Contracting Enterprise in the construction industry of Henan Province. It is currently a member of the Steel and Wood Sub-Association of the China Construction Industry Association, a member of the China Steel Structure Association, a member of the Boiler Sub-Association of the China Steel Structure Association, and a Vice-Chairman Unit of the Henan Steel Structure Association. The Company holds the following qualifications: Class I General Contractor for Steel Structure Engineering, Class II General Contractor for Building Construction, Class II Specialized Contractor for Building Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering, Class II Specialized Contractor for Building Decoration and Renovation Engineering, Class II Specialized Contractor for Waterproof, Anti-corrosion and Thermal Insulation Engineering, and Special-Class Qualification for Steel Structure Manufacturing. It also holds a production license for Special Equipment Pressure Vessel Manufacturing. The Company has passed the “Trinity” management system certification of international quality, environment and occupational health and safety, as well as the AISC Quality System Certification, CWB Certification, EN1090 Certification, and CIDB CPA Certification. It is a large-scale, full-industry-chain steel structure enterprise integrating R&D, design, manufacturing, installation, inspection services, and foreign import/export trade.

Technological strength

The Company has 21 senior and deputy senior engineers, over 60 engineers, and more than 500 senior and intermediate skilled workers. It has established R&D platforms such as the “Henan Provincial Enterprise Technology Research Center” and the “Henan Provincial Engineering Research Center for Prefabricated Steel Structure Indirect Air-Cooled Towers”. The Company has obtained over 40 key technology national patents, has been awarded 1 provincial/ministerial-level Science and Technology Progress Award, has undertaken more than 15 provincial-level New Technology Application Demonstration Projects, has developed over 20 provincial-level construction methods, and has independently achieved more than 20 research results. Its independent R&D and innovation capabilities are strong.

Modern steel structure manufacturing base

The Company has a modern steel structure fabrication base covering a total area of 500 mu (approx. 33.3 hectares) with a workshop area of 150,000 m². It is equipped with 9 light and heavy steel production lines, and over 300 intelligent processing devices including welding robots, end-cutting robots, large laser cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, 3D CNC drilling machines, and intersecting-line cutting machines, with a single-piece processing capacity of up to 200 tons. The Company continuously upgrades its equipment and promotes digital transformation, and its comprehensive manufacturing capability ranks among the top in the steel structure industry of Henan Province. The Company strictly fulfills its social and environmental responsibilities, with large fully enclosed sandblasting and painting workshops equipped with advanced waste gas treatment facilities such as activated carbon adsorption and catalytic combustion. The Company has comprehensive processing capabilities for steel structure cooling towers, steel bridges, wind turbine towers, large-span pipe trusses, large-span space frames, high-rise and ultra-high-rise steel components, steel silos, and pressure vessels, with an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons. The Company possesses advanced installation technologies such as BIM and measuring robots, with an annual installation capacity exceeding 200,000 tons. It also has a dedicated logistics company with an annual shipping capacity of over 300,000 tons and extensive international delivery and logistics experience.

Construction field

The Company has delivered numerous high-quality projects across a wide range of fields, including building construction, warehousing and logistics, energy and power, and municipal public facilities. The Guodian Shuangwei Power Plant 4×1000MW Unit Steel Structure Cooling Tower Project, in which the Company participated, is currently one of the largest of its kind globally. The Kaifeng Xingzhu Huayuan Project is one of the earliest residential projects in Henan Province to adopt a fully steel-structured prefabricated system. The Zhengzhou South Railway Station (Zhengzhou Airport Station) of the Zhengzhou–Zhoukou–Fuyang High-Speed Railway, and the Shouzhu Park Building 1#–4# and Underground Garage Project, in which the Company participated, have won 4 China Construction Engineering Luban Prize (National Quality Project) awards. The Puyang Longfeng 2×660MW Units Main Powerhouse Project, the Mengneng Xilin Power Plant 2×350MW Heating Units Steel Structure Cooling Tower Project, the Shouzhu Park 25-storey Steel Structure High-rise Residential Building, and the Anyang CaoCao Tomb Structure Protection and Exhibition project have won 7 China Steel Structure Gold Awards.

Market business

The Company is committed to the promotion and implementation of prefabricated steel structure buildings, and has achieved outstanding results in the field of steel structure manufacturing and installation. Actively responding to the national “Belt and Road” initiative, its products are exported to overseas markets including Malaysia, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, South Africa, Mexico, Nigeria, Turkey, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Saudi Arabia, and other countries. The Company has also formed long-term stable strategic partnerships with Germany's ThyssenKrupp and South Korea's Samsung Group.

Scientific management

The Company has established a scientific, standardized and rigorous management system. All socialized services—including construction processes, technological innovation applications, quality management, and safe and civilized construction—are fully standardized. Through scientific management systems and rigorous process control, various systems such as collaborative office, human resources, financial accounting, fund management, business management, and project management have been fully implemented online, gradually realizing normalized modern enterprise management.
