European-standard steel construction

European standard steel structures are widely used in various buildings and engineering projects, especially in high-rise buildings, bridges, stadiums, aerospace, and other fields. The application of European standard steel structures offers significant advantages, such as large spans, spacious areas, high-rise buildings, and the ability to meet the requirements of complex structures and multiple functions, while also improving the seismic resistance and safety of buildings. These structures are widely used in Europe, Africa, West Asia, and other regions, where CE certification is a prerequisite for entering the market. EN1090 is the standard for steel structures under the Directive 89/106/EEC (CPD) in the CE regulations. The EU stipulates that, after July 1, 2014, all steel structures entering the EU market must have an EN1090 certificate before they can be sold. As early as 2017, Henan D.R.Construction Group Steel Structure successfully passed the EN1090 certification and cooperated with ThyssenKrupp to complete the steel structure production for the SOUSSFA clinker production line and the BOBOCEM cement production line projects in accordance with European standards. The project scale was approximately 4,613 tons, with the preheating tower of the clinker production line reaching 143m in height and requiring pre-assembly in the factory. The successful implementation of this project strongly demonstrates that our company is capable of completing steel structure production tasks of any difficulty, with the project quality meeting world-class standards.
