It actively guides employees to focus on their roles, cultivates a sense of responsibility among them, and strives to become a responsible enterprise.

The company conscientiously practices social responsibility. In 2017, it sponsored the football team of Shibogu Junior High School in Yanjin County to help realize the dream of Chinese youth football. In 2019, it actively participated in the "100 Enterprises Help 100 Villages" initiative, establishing a poverty alleviation partnership with Zhongweiqiu Village in Yanjin County, and donated 10,000 yuan for targeted poverty alleviation, which was highly praised by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Yanjin County. The company has donated a total of 250,000 yuan to charitable organizations in Yanjin County, and for three consecutive years, it has been rated as the "Most Caring Enterprise" by the county.
