Three 'firsts' achieved! The steel structure of the water treatment workshop for the Hunutlu Thermal Power Plant project in Turkey was successfully delivered

On December 6, the company successfully completed the delivery of steel components for the water treatment workshop of the Hunutru Thermal Power Plant project.

This overseas shipment marks the first batch of steel structure deliveries for the Hunutru Thermal Power Plant project and also represents the largest single batch of container shipments since the plant's construction began. For the first time, the export utilized bulk shipping for sea transportation.

With strong support from Henan Erjian Group, including its Overseas Business Department and Shanghai Branch, the project was independently undertaken by the company. From the issuance of production drawings to the delivery of finished products, the entire production cycle for this batch of components took only 21 days. A total of 46 vehicles were shipped, with a net weight of 1,070 tons.

Faced with tight schedules, heavy workloads, and stringent quality requirements for overseas projects, the steel structure company mobilized its entire workforce, dispatching professional and technical personnel to focus on producing overseas steel components. The team enhanced process control, optimized production workflows, and ensured the quality of finished products.

By successfully undertaking the TK project, the steel structure company has gained valuable experience in overseas project packaging, containerization, and transportation. The workshop's production capacity has been further honed, laying a solid foundation for taking on more overseas production tasks in the future.
