Academician Nie Jianguo inspected the company's Zhengzhou 107 Auxiliary Road Rapidization Project

On March 5, Academician Nie Jianguo of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Professor at the School of Civil Engineering at Tsinghua University, visited the construction site of the Zhengzhou 107 Auxiliary Road Expressway PPP Project, crossing Hongbao Road and Yuxiang Road, to inspect the construction of the steel structure composite beam bridge. Liu Hui, General Manager of Zhengzhou Urban Construction Group, Wang Qingwei, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company and Executive Director of the Steel Structure Company, and other leaders accompanied the inspection.

The steel structure composite beam bridge of the Zhengzhou 107 Auxiliary Road Expressway Project is one of the research topics of Academician Nie Jianguo. Academician Nie has been closely following the progress of the project and has made several phone calls to inquire about the construction progress and quality. During the on-site inspection, Wang Qingwei, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company and Executive Director of the Steel Structure Company, provided a detailed introduction to Academician Nie regarding the production and installation of the steel structure composite beam bridge.

After the on-site inspection, Academician Nie fully affirmed the quality of the composite beam bridge produced and installed by the company. Academician Nie remarked that the completion of the composite beam bridge by Henan Erjian Steel Structure exceeded his expectations, and he was very satisfied with the quality of the project. Academician Nie told General Manager Liu Hui of Zhengzhou Urban Construction Group, who accompanied him on the inspection: "You made the right choice by selecting Henan Erjian Steel Structure to complete this project!" General Manager Liu also gave full recognition to the production and installation quality of the Zhengzhou 107 Auxiliary Road Expressway Project.

Finally, Academician Nie Jianguo put forward higher expectations for the company: He hopes that Henan Erjian Steel Structure will focus on accumulating performance and experience, make a thorough technical summary of the project, preserve data at each stage, and provide strong data support for scientific research projects. He also hopes that the company will gradually develop into a leading enterprise in municipal engineering and bridge engineering in Henan Province.

The Zhengzhou 107 Auxiliary Road Rapidization Project is the first time the group company has entered the field of municipal engineering and road bridge engineering. At present, both Hongbao Road and Yuxiang Road have been recognized by the owners and experts, and Jingnan Eighth Road is about to remove the bracket. The company will continue to work hard to ensure the high-standard completion of the three steel structure composite beam bridges of the Zhengzhou 107 Auxiliary Road Rapidization Project.
