Yu Donglai, Chairman of Pangdonglai Trading Group Co., Ltd., and his delegation visited the Xinxiang Sunshine Home Distribution Center project to offer guidance

On the morning of October 11, Yu Donglai, Chairman of Pangdonglai Group, and his delegation visited the Xinxiang Sunshine Home Distribution Center project to provide guidance. They were accompanied by Zhang Yongqing, General Manager; Fan Huibin, Deputy General Manager; Li Zhifa, Assistant General Manager; and Zhang Jinwen, Project Executive Manager.

The total construction area of the Xinxiang Sunshine Home Warehousing and Distribution Center project is 47,377.02 square meters. The project comprises three units: 1# sorting workshop, 2# sorting workshop, and a comprehensive building, with a total construction cost of 80.7385 million yuan.

Chairman Yu Donglai and his delegation toured the construction sites of the 1# sorting workshop, 2# sorting workshop, and the comprehensive building. They listened carefully to the reports presented by the project leaders and inquired in detail about key challenges and construction difficulties. Zhang Jinwen, the Project Executive Manager, addressed each of the owner's concerns comprehensively.

Chairman Yu Donglai highly praised the overall quality of the project and the safety and orderly management of the construction site. He expressed hope that the project management team would continue to prioritize quality in the later stages of construction and ensure safety measures are upheld. He also conveyed his desire to collaborate with our company again on the upcoming Xuchang Logistics Park project.
