Henan D.R.Construction Group Steel Structure Welding Section Team 1 was awarded the title of 'Xinxiang City Worker Pioneer.'

Recently, the Xinxiang Federation of Trade Unions issued the "Decision of the Xinxiang Federation of Trade Unions on Naming the Xinxiang May 1st Labor Award and Worker Pioneer," and the Welding Section 1 Team of Henan Erjian Group Steel Structure Co., Ltd. was awarded the "Xinxiang Worker Pioneer" honor.

The Welding Section 1 Team was established in March 2018 and is a key process team for steel structure processing. The team consists of 27 members, including 2 technicians, 1 senior worker, and 24 intermediate workers, with an average age of 35. In recent years, the team members have continuously improved their skills, actively participated in the company's job training and technical competitions, and achieved remarkable results. In 2022, the Welding Section 1 Team was awarded the honorary title of "2021 Henan Housing and Urban-Rural Development System 'Ankang Cup' Competition Winning Team" by the Henan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Henan Provincial Construction Trade Union.
