Youth builds dreams, steel structures build the future
In order to gain a deeper understanding of the ideological dynamics of young employees and promote the steady growth of the staff team, our company organized a symposium for young employees on the morning of July 17, in celebration of the New Year. Zhang Yongqing, Deputy General Manager of Henan Erjian Group and General Manager of Henan Erjian Steel Structure Company, along with some members of the leadership team, outstanding graduates, new employees who joined this year, and employees who joined in the past two years, totaling more than 30 people, attended the symposium. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Xinxia, Chairman of the Trade Union and Director of the General Affairs Department.
At the beginning of the symposium, Zhang Yongqing introduced the situation of Henan Erjian Group to everyone, followed by an overview of the development history and current status of Henan Erjian Steel Structure Company. He said, "After more than ten years of development, Henan Erjian Steel Structure Company has built a strong foundation and dares to take on even the most complex projects. The wise management team has given the company its soul; our focus on technical work has enabled continuous innovation; our talent pool gives us the courage to face any challenge; and our breakthroughs in the overseas market have accelerated the company's development."
Han Dengyuan, Manager of our company's Malaysia Integrated Project Department, Deng Zhengbo, Manager of the Kazakhstan Light Rail Phase I Project Department, Zhang Jinwen, Manager of the Xuchang Pangdonglai Integrated Production Base Project Department, and Tian Jianyu, Manager of the Lantai High-speed Steel Box Girder Project Department, spoke as representatives of outstanding graduates. At the meeting, they shared their work experiences and insights without reservation, encouraging young employees to find their positions, integrate into them, and adapt as soon as possible. At the same time, they emphasized the importance of making personal career plans, seizing every opportunity to showcase one's abilities, continuing to solidify professional knowledge, constantly improving business skills, using the company's platform to display talents, and reflecting one's life value.
At the symposium, the participating young employees introduced themselves one by one and exchanged views on personal growth at work, including self-assessment, career planning, and skill improvement. They also shared their experiences and insights since joining the company. Members of the leadership team shared their own growth and work experiences, offering valuable advice on skill development, responsibility, and stress management. The atmosphere of the symposium was warm and harmonious.
At the end of the meeting, Zhang Yongqing, Deputy General Manager of Henan Erjian Group Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Henan Erjian Steel Structure Co., Ltd., delivered a summary speech. He stated that the company is committed to building a high-quality growth platform for everyone, enabling young employees to grow rapidly, flourish, and realize their dreams at Henan Erjian Group Steel Structure Co., Ltd. He outlined the following expectations for young employees:
First, young employees should actively participate in summary meetings, special reporting sessions, and sharing workshops, using these platforms to develop, showcase their abilities, and seize opportunities. Second, all positions are valuable, and there should be no bias in work arrangements, nor should anyone be picky. Third, employees should not limit their learning to their current position but seek to learn across different roles. Fourth, they should avoid simply going with the flow and continuously identify and address their own gaps. Fifth, they must be adept at seizing opportunities and have the courage to stand out. Opportunities are always reserved for those who are prepared. Sixth, employees should align with the company's values and dedicate themselves to both the company and their work. With the current downturn in the construction market, Erjian Steel Structure's employees must take the initiative to meet challenges, resist the trend, and make continuous breakthroughs. Everyone must demonstrate the determination to face difficulties head-on, forge ahead, and be confident in the company’s future development.
After the symposium, the company's General Affairs Department engaged in one-on-one discussions with young employees, offering advice on how to adapt to the work environment, meet job expectations, and plan for personal development.
Through these in-depth discussions, the symposium successfully built a bridge for young employees to communicate and optimize their growth paths.
