Henan D.R.Construction Group Steel Structure 2024 Management and Commendation Conference was successfully held
On March 7, our company's 2024 management work meeting and commendation meeting was held in the multi-function hall on the first floor of the Construction Industry Park. The theme of the meeting was "Optimizing the market structure, strengthening the steel structure brand, improving quality and efficiency, and practicing the industry; promoting scientific and technological innovation, preventing and controlling system risks, and being simple and honest."
Feng Zhanguang, General Manager of Henan Erjian Group; Wang Qingwei, Vice Chairman of Henan Erjian Group and Chairman of our company; Zhang Junfeng, Vice Chairman of Henan Erjian Group and Director of our company; Niu Xiaochang, Director of our company; Du Hongquan, Director and Deputy General Manager of Henan Erjian Group; and Su Qunshan, Chief Engineer, Human Resources Director, and Director of our company, attended the meeting. More than 80 individuals, including department heads, project (executive) managers, advanced representatives, and outstanding partner representatives, participated. The meeting was chaired by Fan Huibin, Deputy Chief Economist of Henan Erjian Group and Deputy General Manager of our company.
The conference began with the solemn national anthem. Zhang Yongqing, Deputy General Manager of Henan Erjian Group and General Manager of our company, delivered the "2024 Management Work Report of Henan Erjian Group Steel Structure Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Report"). In the "Report," Mr. Zhang objectively and comprehensively summarized the achievements and shortcomings of our company in 2023. He reviewed the key priorities and highlights from 2023, covering areas such as market development, overseas strategy, intelligent manufacturing, on-site management, technological innovation, enterprise platform construction, team building, corporate culture development, and the fulfillment of social responsibilities.
Additionally, the "Report" pointed out shortcomings in areas such as market operation channels, corporate financing, intelligent manufacturing, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and innovative talent development. Finally, the work goals and arrangements for 2024 were clearly outlined.
Zhang Yanyi, Deputy Chief Engineer of Henan Erjian Group and Chief Engineer of our company, presented the "2024 Technical Work Report of Henan Erjian Group Steel Structure Co., Ltd." Luo Kai, Assistant to the General Manager of our company, delivered the "2024 Overseas Work Report of Henan Erjian Group Steel Structure Co., Ltd."
During the meeting, the company's advanced collectives, outstanding individuals, and excellent labor subcontractors and suppliers for 2023 were recognized and awarded on the spot.
Su Qunshan, Chief Engineer and Human Resources Director of Henan Erjian Group as well as Director of our company, provided guidance and suggestions regarding the steel structure company's quality and technical system construction, the integration of talents and technology, and the promotion of skilled workers. He emphasized the operational requirements for the company's high-tech enterprises, calling for continuous improvement of rules, regulations, and organizational structures, as well as strengthening communication and collaboration with the group to ensure the smooth operation and sustainable development of the company's high-tech enterprises.
Niu Xiaochang, Director of our company, congratulated the company on its continuous improvement in brand value during 2023 and its significant breakthroughs in overseas market operations. He emphasized the importance of intelligent construction, talent training, innovation capabilities, and cost control.
Du Hongquan, Director and Deputy General Manager of Henan Erjian Group, urged the company to play a leading role as the "leader" within the group’s industrial park, ensuring that its equipment and production capacity are fully utilized. He stressed the need for long-term planning to enhance enterprise qualifications in alignment with the company's long-term development goals, modernizing and upgrading production equipment, and conducting in-depth research on cost management throughout the entire process to reduce expenses and increase efficiency.
Zhang Junfeng, Vice Chairman, Deputy General Manager, and Director of Henan Erjian Group, highly praised the company's significant progress in overseas market expansion in recent years. He outlined specific requirements for the company's overseas operations, focusing on contract risk prevention, performance capability, local management, safety management, compliance with laws and regulations, and sensitivity to regional cultural differences.
Wang Qingwei, Vice Chairman of Henan Erjian Group and Chairman of our company, emphasized the significance of the company's 2024-2026 "Three-Year Plan" and the importance of differentiated competition. He outlined five key requirements for the company's management work in 2024:
Enhancing Partner Selection and Supervision Teams: Place great importance on selecting excellent production partners and building effective on-site supervision teams, as this is critical for improving production capacity and efficiency.
Risk Prevention and Performance Improvement: Organize relevant seminars focused on risk prevention, addressing loopholes, and improving output value and benefits. Use specific engineering case studies to analyze processes and summarize lessons learned.
Strengthening Safety Management: Standardize safety management practices, conduct initiatives such as Safety Month, improve employees' working environments, reduce safety risks, and promote sustainable development.
Developing Power Engineering: Focus on the research and manufacturing of steel structure intercooler technology to enhance market competitiveness.
Promoting Independent Innovation: Firmly pursue independent innovation by advancing the company's ability to independently design high-quality solutions for topics such as "multi-story prefabricated steel structure residential systems" and "steel structure intercoolers." Strengthen the company's influence in the professional field and improve innovation capabilities and social standing within the industry.
Feng Zhanguang, General Manager of Henan Erjian Group, fully affirmed the company's current strength and capabilities and provided additional guidance for 2024. He highlighted three key points:
