The main steel structure of the company's Luohe Lida Dual Entrepreneurship Incubation Park project has been successfully capped

On the morning of August 29, 2019, the main structure capping ceremony for Building 1 of the Luohe Lida Dual Entrepreneurship Incubation Park was held. Li Mingxin, a member of the Party Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Luohe Economic Development Zone, Liang Yanbei, a member of the Party Working Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of the Economic Development Zone, Yue Lei, Manager of the Sixth Project Management Department of Henan First Construction Group, Niu Junfeng, Chairman of Henan Huashun Industrial Co., Ltd., and other leaders from relevant units attended the event. Wang Qingwei, Chairman of the Company, and Fan Huibin, General Manager, also participated in the ceremony.

With the precise placement of the last steel beam, the main steel structure of Building 1 of the Luohe Lida Dual Entrepreneurship Incubation Park was successfully capped.

The 1# building project of the Luohe Lida Dual Entrepreneurship Incubation Park is a joint venture between the company and Henan First Construction Group. Located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Luohe City, Henan Province, the project consists of a high-rise office building with 23 floors above ground and 1 floor underground. The structural form is a steel frame, with a total construction area of 45,839 square meters and a building height of 100.9 meters. The overall assembly rate exceeds 80%. This is the tallest steel structure project among the company’s civil buildings under construction, marking a significant milestone as the company expands into the high-rise and super-high-rise steel structure market.

To ensure the high quality of this project, the company's leaders at all levels have attached great importance to it since its inception. Wang Qingwei, Chairman of the Company, personally took the lead in holding a project planning meeting. General Manager Zhang Yongqing, Executive Deputy General Manager Duan Changzhi, Deputy General Manager Fan Huibin, and other leaders visited the construction site and production workshop multiple times to coordinate project construction and workshop production. The project management team strictly followed construction requirements, overcame challenges, carefully organized, and standardized the construction process. The steel structure team worked together to successfully achieve the goal of capping the main body of the steel structure project within the time frame specified by the owner. The team was praised by the general contractor and the supervisor.
