On the morning of July 23, the last batch of steel components for the TK project (Construction of Bobo Cement Grinding Plant and Sus Cement Clinker Production Line) was packed and shipped under the supervision of Wang Zhengxiu, the on-site supervisor. FOB delivery is expected to be completed by July 27. With this, the steel structure production for the TK project has been successfully concluded, and the contract has been fully fulfilled.
The TK project marks the company's first overseas order. The Bobo Cement Grinding Plant Construction Project has 12 work numbers, while the Sus Cement Clinker Production Line Construction Project has 67 work numbers. Since November 24, 2018, the company has packed and shipped in batches according to contract requirements. A total of 27 large and small batches have been shipped, with 289 boxes packed, totaling 4,640.47 tons, including 4,502.8 tons of steel structure, 134.3 tons of enclosure structure, 9.32 tons of bolts, and 3.98 tons of paint.
In order to ensure the fulfillment of the TK project contract and to launch the company's first overseas initiative in the steel structure industry, the company vigorously promoted the significant role of the TK project in implementing the overseas strategy. It strictly controlled the production quality of steel components, including welding, shot blasting, painting, and packaging, overcame numerous difficulties in processing, production, and delivery, and successfully completed the project tasks according to the owner's requirements.
Through the execution of the TK project, the company has developed a team of managers and professional technical workers familiar with overseas standards and skilled in the quality requirements for overseas steel component production. It has also gained valuable experience in overseas steel structure production, packaging, transportation, etc., and laid a solid foundation for the implementation of the steel structure company's overseas strategy and the establishment of its steel structure brand.
