The three high-rise buildings (#4, #9, and #10) are all steel frame-supported structures, with a total construction area of 89,909.83 square meters. The total amount of steel used for production and installation is approximately 10,000 tons. Building #4 has 34 floors and a height of 98.9 meters. It is part of the third-generation steel structure residential system, with an assembly rate of 85%.
