Shouzhuoyuan1#-4# Building and Underground Garage Project

As the first demonstration project for building industrialization in Xinxiang City, the Shouzhuoyuan project fully embraces the concept of green construction, focusing on the "clear water style" and modular assembly. It sets a precedent for the large-scale application of surface-finished clear water concrete technology in residential projects. This approach has enabled the project to win the "Assembled Building Technology Demonstration Project" and "Green Construction Technology Demonstration Project" awards from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. It is also the only AA-level example project under the "Assembled Building Evaluation Standard" in Henan Province.

Building 3 of Shouzhuoyuan is an assembled steel structure project with a frame-eccentric support structure. It serves as an apartment building, standing 25 stories tall with a total height of 89.97 meters. The building has a total construction area of 31,896.01 square meters and utilizes 3,700 tons of steel. The entire project employs BIM technology and an assembled structure, achieving an assembly rate of 86%. It incorporates new technologies, including soft steel damper shock absorption, integrated kitchens and bathrooms, precast concrete hanging panels for exterior walls, light steel keel partition walls, and other advanced processes. This is the first steel structure assembly demonstration project in Xinxiang City.
