On the morning of January 18, 2020, the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Engineer Duan Changzhi, along with General Affairs Department Director Zhang Xinxia, visited Dahanzhuang Village in Yulin Township, Yanjin County to carry out targeted poverty alleviation donation activities. They were accompanied by Li Weibing, Director of the Yanjin County Environmental Protection Bureau, Chen Zhimin, Secretary, Wang Shude, Deputy Director, Li Yunpeng, Secretary of the Yulin Township Party Committee, Zhou Xintian, First Secretary of the Village Assistance Team, Han Zhiliang, Head of the Village Committee, and other village leaders from Dahanzhuang Village.

At the donation ceremony, Duan Changzhi, the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Engineer, first extended holiday greetings to the villagers of Dahanzhuang Village, Yulin Township, and introduced the company's mission of "giving back to society, strengthening enterprises, and benefiting employees." He emphasized that while the company creates value for society, it actively fulfills its social responsibilities and serves the development of the local economy. The company donated 30,000 yuan in poverty alleviation funds to Dahanzhuang Village, Yulin Township, to improve the village's infrastructure and enhance the living conditions of the villagers.

At the same time, General Manager Duan stressed that the company's poverty alleviation efforts should focus not only on "providing timely assistance" but also on enhancing the "hematopoietic function." He expressed the company's willingness to offer suitable job opportunities for the villagers of Dahanzhuang Village.
