On January 12, 2019, Wei Yanmin, the Secretary of the Party Branch of the company, and Zhang Xinxia, Director of the General Affairs Department, visited Zhongweiqiu Village, Weiqiu Township, Yanjin County, to express their condolences during the Spring Festival. They donated 10,000 yuan to the village to help the poor households have a peaceful Spring Festival. They were received by Hou Cunxin, the First Secretary of the Yanjin County Housing and Construction Bureau, Qin Yuancheng, the Secretary of the Village Party Branch, Qin Changgen, Yan Guangqing, and Qin Hongyan, the Chairwoman of the Women's Committee.

First, the two parties held a discussion. Qin Yuancheng, the Secretary of the Zhongweiqiu Village Party Branch, introduced the basic situation of the poor households in the village, summarized the village's development and the construction of the party organization, and expressed his heartfelt thanks to the Steel Structure Company for its care for people's livelihoods and its contribution to the villagers.

Hou Cunxin, the First Secretary of the Yanjin County Housing and Construction Bureau, also spoke on behalf of the Bureau, praising the company's leadership in targeted poverty alleviation and fulfilling social responsibilities. He highlighted the company's strong corporate culture, demonstrating that the company is on a path of long-term, sustainable, and rapid development.

Comrade Wei Yanmin, Secretary of the Company's Party Branch, explained the company's corporate philosophy of "social responsibility" to the participants and stated that the company will conscientiously fulfill its social responsibilities, taking from the people and giving back to the people, making a significant contribution to the local economic development of Yanjin County. At the same time, Secretary Wei emphasized that the village Party Branch Secretary should educate the villagers to change their mindset and not just rely on "poverty alleviation." They should actively work to escape poverty and achieve prosperity, enhancing the self-development abilities of poor households. The village Party Branch should also serve as a strong leader for the villagers, transforming "blood transfusion" into "hematopoiesis," enabling the villagers to break free from poverty and achieve wealth as soon as possible.

Subsequently, both parties communicated, established a poverty alleviation cooperation relationship, and reached a consensus that the company would help Zhongweiqiu Village by offering employment opportunities to a group of poor individuals and providing subsidies to poor households without labor.
