Comrade Li Shiwei of Henan D.R.Construction Group Steel Structure was awarded the May 1st Labor Medal of Xinxiang City

Recently, the Xinxiang Federation of Trade Unions issued the "Decision of the Xinxiang Federation of Trade Unions on Naming the Xinxiang May 1st Labor Award and the Worker Pioneer," and Comrade Li Shiwei of our company was awarded the Xinxiang May 1st Labor Medal.

Since joining the company in June 2012, Comrade Li Shiwei has been deeply rooted in the grassroots, loving his job and dedicating himself to his work. He is currently the company's workshop director and welder section chief. He actively plays the role of "passing on, helping, and guiding," implements the "master-apprentice" system, and leads workshop workers to participate in technical expert competitions to improve the skills of the workers. In terms of technological innovation, he is skilled in management and courageous in innovation. He led the team to produce precision steel components used in many high-quality projects of the steel structure company and has won three utility model patents. In 2021, Comrade Li Shiwei was jointly awarded the title of "Central Plains Urban and Rural Construction Master Craftsman" by the Henan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Henan Provincial Construction Trade Union, bringing honor to the company.
