Henan D.R.Construction Group Steel Structure is conducting the 2022 social responsibility management and practice review

In order to promote the continuous and stable development of the social responsibility management and practices of the Second Construction Steel Structure Company, the company organized a two-day 2022 social responsibility management review from August 11 to 12. The social responsibility review team of the Second Construction Steel Structure Company conducted a comprehensive review of the implementation and operation of the company's social responsibility management system. The company's social responsibility review team is composed of Zhang Xinxia, chairman of the company's trade union and director of the General Affairs Department; Zhao Yanhua from the General Affairs Department; Dong Changmin from the Quality Management Department; Su Tianyong from the Safety and Environmental Protection Department; and Zhang Qiang from the Legal Department.

On the morning of August 11, the first meeting of the social responsibility management review was held in the conference room on the second floor of the park. Zhang Yongqing, deputy general manager of the group company and general manager of the Second Construction Steel Structure Company, along with the heads of various departments and production workshops, attended the first meeting. At the meeting, General Manager Zhang elaborated on the connotation of corporate social responsibility, emphasizing that the company's employees should be focused on their duties, love their jobs, and be dedicated to their work. He also emphasized that each department should perform its duties and gradually standardize various management processes. These are the key entry points for both the enterprise and its employees to engage in social responsibility management and practice. He urged a careful review and full utilization of the role of the social responsibility management review. Zhang Xinxia, Chairman of the Labor Union of the Second Construction Steel Structure Company and Director of the General Affairs Department, briefly explained the objectives and audit contents of this social responsibility management review.

Subsequently, the audit team reviewed the company's various departments from the perspectives of occupational health, safety management, environmental protection, employee rights and benefits, labor relations, quality management systems, customer satisfaction surveys, labor team real-name systems, and management system implementation through document and record reviews, sampling reviews, and verification.

On the morning of August 12, due to the impact of the epidemic, the review team, together with the company’s Quality Management Department, Contract Cost Department, and Safety and Environmental Protection Department, conducted a review of the Xuchang Pangdonglai Comprehensive Production Base Project Department. The review focused on construction safety, cost control, labor management, and construction quality process control via DingTalk video. Based on the audit results, the audit team summarized the rectification opinions and urged all departments, production workshops, and project departments to make comprehensive rectifications within the prescribed period.

Erjian Steel Structure Company has continuously carried out annual reviews of social responsibility management, enhanced employees' sense of responsibility, ensured the continuous and effective operation of the company’s social responsibility management system, and promoted the development of the enterprise.
