Henan D.R.Construction Group Steel Structure organized and held the third 'Craftsman Cup' Technical Expert Competition

From July 10 to 15, our company organized and held the third "Craftsman Cup" technical expert competition. After fierce competition, a total of 3 teams and 9 employees stood out and were commended at the award ceremony held on July 20.

In line with the actual situation of the company, the competition was based on the principle of "competing in production and learning through competition." It was evaluated according to the daily component production quality and competition standards to ensure that work and competition did not conflict. The competition consisted of five events: riveting (collective project), second-protection welder, material cutter, submerged arc welder, and painter. Detailed scoring rules were formulated for each event. During the competition, the contestants demonstrated superb skills and competed with professionalism and style. The judges adhered to the scoring principles of "openness, fairness, rigor, and transparency" and made strict evaluations.

To commend the advanced and establish role models, the company held an award ceremony. Zhang Yongqing, Party Secretary and General Manager of Henan Erjian Group Steel Structure Co., Ltd., Chief Engineer Zhang Yanyi, and heads of relevant departments attended the ceremony, where technical experts and more than 300 technical workers from the workshop were recognized. The conference was hosted by Zhang Xinxia, Chairman of the Company's Labor Union and Director of the General Affairs Department. Leaders at the conference presented awards to the winning technical experts on-site.

The holding of this technical expert competition has stimulated the enthusiasm of the company's technical workers, creating a positive atmosphere of "learning technology, practicing skills, and strengthening quality." It has also improved the professional skills of the workshop technical workers. Through the competition, the spirit of unity, cooperation, hard work, and perseverance demonstrated by each team and individual has injected strong momentum into the company's development.
